400 BF · Rift-Sawn Red Oak · Asheville Kitchen Studio

From Marked Tree to Cabinet Face — One Order, Every Step.

When a kitchen studio in Asheville needed rift-sawn red oak with consistent ray fleck and sub-8% moisture content, they sent us a spec sheet. We sent them back the tree. Here's what happened between those two moments.

Delivered & Installed

400 board feet shipped to Asheville Kitchen Studio on a padded flatbed. Installed as face-frame and door stock in a Shaker-style kitchen.

"The rift pattern was more consistent across 400 feet than anything I've sourced from a regional supplier. The kiln cert and lot documentation alone saved me two hours of back-and-forth with my client."

Full Timber Package · Eastern White Pine · Vermont Barn House

A Timber Frame Package, Engineered and Loaded in 12 Days.

General contractors ordering framing packages don't have time for surprises. When a Vermont builder needed a full post-and-beam set pre-cut and sequenced for a three-day raise, we pulled eastern white pine from standing inventory, ran it through the CNC shop, and had it on a flatbed before the concrete cured.

"Every piece was labeled in raise sequence. My crew didn't touch a tape measure until day two. That's what pre-engineered timber framing is supposed to look like."
